About

I’m a CRM Support Analyst and Salesforce Certified Administrator with hands-on experience supporting live CRM systems used by large, operational teams. My work sits at the practical end of CRM, where systems need to be reliable, data needs to be trusted, and users need support that actually solves problems rather than creating more complexity.I currently work with Salesforce and Oracle Field Service in production environments, supporting day-to-day operations through incident management, user support, automation, reporting, and data quality. I spend a lot of time understanding how people really use systems, identifying where things break down, and making targeted improvements that reduce errors and friction. I enjoy working close to the detail, whether that’s troubleshooting a Flow, fixing data issues, or helping users get more value out of the tools they rely on.Alongside my main role, I’ve also supported organisations in a voluntary and freelance capacity, including non-profits, where CRM systems often need to do a lot with limited resources. These experiences have reinforced my preference for roles where clarity, simplicity, and good system hygiene matter more than over-engineering.I’m particularly interested in how CRM systems support real-world operations, not just sales pipelines. I care about governance, access control, documentation, and building systems that people trust. I’m comfortable working with non-technical stakeholders and translating requirements into practical, maintainable solutions.Outside of work, I enjoy activities that sharpen strategic thinking and patience, including competitive chess. I approach my work in a similar way: calmly, analytically, and with an emphasis on making good decisions over time rather than quick wins.
